There are six model towns, a huge Gauge 1 model garden railway, ride-on railway, remote-controlled boats, castles, lakes and industries in 1. It's a great family day out, and it's your chance to be a giant in a miniature land of adventure, hidden away in a s timewarp.

Most Recent. Very good. Overpriced, dissapointing run down waste of time. Travelled up from berkshire 2 adults 2 children age 11 and 8. Attraction very tired looking and out of date, Walked round whole place in an hour managed to stretch the visit to an hour and hour. Had hoped to spend whole day. Theres just not enough to keep us or kids interested for more than an hour or so. Park suitable for 5 and under.

Nothing there for older children. Took my daughter here to see the history but she was very bored and wanted to just play in the playground.

If you have an active child then not worth going. Supervisor has no respect for Staff! Firstly I would like to say it is a really quaint lovely village! I was with my wife and kids having a really wonderful day out, the staff were great and attentive, however as we were exiting the tea room we overheard one of the supervisors berating a employee very loudly, it was incredibly unprofessional and upset our children greatly.

We shant be visiting again. Very happy! I went there on my own, and even with no kids with me I still enjoyed it thoroughly. Model railway is fantastic, and there is so much attention to detail!
